Cancellation Policy
RENTAL AGREEMENT EQUIPMENT WARRANTY The Company warrants that all equipment is in good working order and meets all applicable safety standards at the time of delivery. USE OF EQUIPMENT The Renter agrees to: Use all equipment safely and for its intended purpose. Follow all provided operating instructions. Not misuse, alter, or sub-rent the equipment. DAMAGE OR LOSS Renter is fully responsible for: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear Theft or loss of equipment, and Renter agrees to pay repair or replacement at market costs. Receiver must inspect the equipment at time of drop, and report any wear or defective equipment, so the company can replace the item. Late returns may result in additional charges. $100fee will be a handleing fee, to cover labor, time and gas. $100fee will be charge as a compensation fee for reservation of the equipment, since this no longer can be rented. This deposit may be used to cover: Damage to equipment, Missing items, Late returns, Cleaning fees Customer must ensure safe and accessible delivery area, delivery will be done early morning and does not inclues set up. Pick up service only provice the rented wequipment, we do not offer a utility trail to haul, you responsable to pick up and deliver back the items with 24hrs of the service. De LIABILITY WAIVER Renter assumes all responsibility for Injuries or Damages created by Accidents arising from use of equipment The Company remains liable for gross negligence or equipment that is defective at the time of delivery. INDEMNIFICATION Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from miss use of equipment use. WEATHER POLICY Lightning: Activities must stop immediately upon the first sight of lightning and cannot resume until 30 minutes after the last detection. Tornado/Severe Storms: Activities must stop immediately Extreme Cold/Wind Chill: Outdoor activities, such as rinks or events, are often canceled or moved indoors if the wind chill is below or depending on the site. For any weather issue we offer to reschedule at no extra cost to ensure the event proceeds as planned CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation have to be prior 72hrs to get Partial refund. $100fee will be charge as a compensation fee for reservation of the equipment, since this no longer can be rented, Late cancellation refund may be forfeited This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
